HBA Procurement’s FF&E design leaders and procurement specialists provides our clients a 360° process from schematic design through installation and post-occupancy usage.
PLAN
Our FF&E design team collaborates with the interior design team during schematic and concept design phases to ensure the FF&E, Millwork, and OS&E align with both the designer and client's specifications and quality standards.
PROCURE
Upon client approval of budget, procurement schedule, FF&E, Millwork, and OS&E design, HBA Procurement initiates production with global manufacturing partners. We conduct factory visits, offer quality assurance reports, updated schedules, and prototype reviews, ensuring transparency and accountability to minimize risk and ensure integrity.
DELIVER
HBA Procurement oversees the entire logistics cycle, simplifying global supply chain management. We coordinate deliveries from international partners, handle customs clearances, and ensure installation to align with project timelines.
EXPERIENCE
FF&E, Millwork, and OS&E are pivotal to a project's success. We provide ongoing support for rectifications, defects, post-occupancy surveys, and client feedback after installation.

With over 15 years of experience driving new business growth and developing commercial excellence for firms in the United States and Asia Pacific, and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School (University of Manchester), Kelly Williams now serves as Global Commercial Director for HBA.
Kelly is responbsible for HBA Procurement’s revenue growth, profitability performance, and business strategy. Kelly’s role within HBA allows him to directly manage the Group’s global supply chain partners, including manufacturers and product development partners.
Through these strategic and commercial alliances, HBA Procurement can assure each client they will receive the highest quality of products and service at the most competitive market price.

Ann has accumulated 20 years of valuable experience in designing and managing various high end projects from concept to procurement & final dressing up on site. Her projects range from UHNWI houses to luxury hospitality and commercial projects globally.
Her work experiences in world top design firms for prestigious clients and her excellent client-oriented communication skills and time management ability has resultef in many successful projects and satisfied clients.

Hedia has more than 10 years of experience in the field of FF&E design and has worked for internationally recognized design firms. Familiar with domestic and international design products, through the grasp of various styles, functional requirements and artistic aesthetics, as well as the precise balance between visual effects and comfort and nature, the original, elegant and noble taste concept into each project.
